    What a waste!

Ah, didn't look closely enough- just saw the twin exhaust, and then looked for the original colour... My bad... Didn't think that many people on here were fond of a wrap! Looks like a decent job, I guess.

    What a waste!

Previous colour "Petrol blue"... If this is true, what a waste of a rare car! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/REnault-clio-172-182-/161296528851?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item258e05b5d3

Can anyone else help?? Any ideas? Gotta drive home in the dark and would prefer to know what speed I'm doing (kinda) :)

Speedo/ fuel/ temp/ rev counter lights not working

Is there a fuse specifically for those lights, though? I thought, from looking at other posts, other things would also stop working?

Speedo/ fuel/ temp/ rev counter lights not working

Hi guys, I've done a search but haven't found anything conclusive so thought I'd start a topic. I was driving up to Skye last night and the lights in the title failed... When I searched I found the following thread...

Fitting an Alpine SWE 815 sub, few questions...

Followed this guide: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?699031-How-To-Get-a-Sub-Amp-power-cable-to-the-boot Worked a treat! For anyone looking for a small sub but nothing over powering, I'd definitely recommend the SWE 815. It's ace! Thanks for your help, guys :)

Fitting an Alpine SWE 815 sub, few questions...

I was hoping I wouldn't have to run the cable that far :) No worries though, if that's the best way to do it!

Fitting an Alpine SWE 815 sub, few questions...

Thanks, guys. So where is the best place to source the 12V from? It's not big power at all- amp is only 100W :)

Fitting an Alpine SWE 815 sub, few questions...

Is it ok to run the RCA alongside the power? Won't that give some interference? Think it came with most of the cables, think I just need the RCA and I have a loooong one in the house...

Fitting an Alpine SWE 815 sub, few questions...

Hi, all... So, I decided I wanted a wee bit more oomph (without sounding like a chav) so I bought an 8" powered sub for the boot. Gets good reviews, and will be plenty for my needs. I have an Alpine HU, so gonna use an RCA cable to feed the amp. Since I have a different headunit, I don't use...

    Quick driveshaft question

Am I right in presuming that ph1 172 'shafts will fit a ph2 172 with no probs? (Did a search and couldn't pull anything up) Thanks, guys :)

Front speakers in a 172, anyone used coaxial?

Hi, all... I've done a search but nothing quite answers my musing: I'm going to replace the rear speakers with decent coaxial, and was thinking about the same for the front... I know the fronts are components, but I couldn't find any info on how easy it is (or not) to replace the front...

Hey, haven't really posted on here yet but thought I'd share this from my blast around some b road in the Borders today on the way to visit the 'rents. This was taken by St. Mary's Loch... Beautiful place. I even got the car washed for the occasion!

    Hi from Edin.

Amen to that... Job almost moved to Glasgow recently, managed to convince my boss NOT to move to the land of tinks ;) Honestly, though- I love both cities. Glasgow is MUCH better for clubs, gigs, pubs. Edinburgh is a nicer city to live in, though! Plus we have a lot of good roads for a good...

Don't change until the engine is screaming... at 5k, it's only just getting going!! I don't know what it's like on the 200, but on the 172 there are 2 limiters; one at 6700rpm and the other at 7200rpm. When the car is up to temp, 7200rpm is the limit. Push it and watch the smile on your face...
