Don't change until the engine is screaming... at 5k, it's only just getting going!! I don't know what it's like on the 200, but on the 172 there are 2 limiters; one at 6700rpm and the other at 7200rpm. When the car is up to temp, 7200rpm is the limit. Push it and watch the smile on your face...

Same for me... Depending on how much fun the roads are on the "long journeys", mind! :D
