The spacers are ok even know they weight a tone but the bolts are like cheese, wouldn't trust them on track myself, would be confident using oe modded bolts though.

Where about in lakeside are we meeting then?
I stripped my old daily 182 and put buckets in, really enjoyed it but soon got tired of the noise etc.
Also I didn't really notice any quicker straight line speed but it did seem to be a lot more nimble.
mines the arctic blue clio reg ends cge, the silver 182 if a friends and the silver 172 is another friend whos recently joined on here called retro_renault
their was two other blue clios but dont know who they were
dont get the wrong idea, i agree its not a problem to run engine without aux belt for a little bit just to test
im not saying that im just saying its not got anything to do with warranty claims and stopping customers from removing the belt all together.
i know it not going to kill the engine but renault state in all their manuals to never run the engine without the aux belt so it just made me wonder if he's trying to do it properly why would you run the engine without the aux...
