Top one is the one i have, Good bit of Kit. Personally not had any experiance of Sonus Kit, however I did alot of reading before purchasing mine and general opinion was that the Sonus Compounds were not much cop.

If you are looking at having the whole rocker resealed then yes this is a big job. I had mine done at the same time as a Cam Belt Kit... TBH If its not Leaking 'to badly' then i would just keep cleaning it up and keeping an eye on your Oil Level until your belt is due next.

Correct but the rocker has to come off to reseal it, and thats a Belt off job.
