    does the noise come from the hu or out of the speakers?? you should still get output from the pre-out's even if you got the internal amp off

    click tends to be a relay so it could be isolating the internal amp so you don't get a audio click/pop

    yeah my light is on (i got a 100 cell) i just ignore it doesn't lose it any power. the only way would to actually look and measure the cell density of the substrate

    if you look here gives you a circuit for 1.2-25v(will only be 1.2-12v if thats the input voltage) just order those bits and some heat sinks for the IC and a blank stripboard and you should be away

    yeah you need to strip them back about 15-20 mm twist them together so they are tight then solder them as they are, then fold back flat to the cable then wrap tightly with insulation tape

    no not really a good combo as that amp only produces 150wRMS @ 4 ohms whick is f**k all for a sub

    yeah if you buy comps then you got to put the x-overs in it's just output from the amp into the x-over then connect the mid and tweet to the x-over

    lol thats going to sound poo tbh as you are going to have like the subs doing the bass off the right channel and the 6x9's off the left i'd say just run the subs off the amp
