You could be extra ghetto and run a jack lead L, R and G to each speaker output, ie L and G to left speaker, R and G to right speaker then hook up an ipod/mp3 player when you want to use it? Wont be anywhere near as loud (adequate listening volume though) but if its just a case of saving weight...

same part still, pretty sure it was fitted by renault in the glovebox but it was an option

Thats your issue, you are running too many speakers off the rear channel

Your main unit will be under either the driver or passenger seat-normally driver seat. You will need to disconnect the unit and use extension leads to run to the stereo location and then its all plug and play

[/B] Might aswell give up on this, not made at all anymore for Alpine and no other brand supports display anymore, I have 1 stalk and display adapter but that only works with the top alpine units

jvc dont supply a dedicated remote wire on more basic models, the blue/white wire (clustered with the red/yellow/black) is your remote/antenna wire
