oh an with regards to Torsion, they have had my mates 16v for over 6 months now doing his GTT conversion, awaiting some parts im told but there is no way on this earth i would wait 6 months+ for it to be completed, especially given the money he has spent/is spending (a very serious amount of cash!)

when you see how close that battery is to the Turbo, you might think again about wanting it still in the engine bay, a Turbo gets VERY VERY VERY hot i mentioned keepin the battery in the bay to mailto:Andy@GDI">Andy@GDI, until he shown me how close it is to the turbo, i changed my mind !

make sure the clip is holding the battery in the right position inside it mate

not 100% true mate, some polishes have no abrasives in them, these are known as pure polishes, however you are right that most polishes from the local car shop do contain abrasives

shame the battery clip in em is sh*te, fixed loads of peoples at work with them thinkin the battery had ran out, when all that had happened is it was very loose in the clip

oh and there very good for the money, you simply wont find better, possibly for double the price or a bit more aswell....
