Matt this is a tricky situation. Personally, I would just phone your insurance company and ask their advice and how you should proceed. You pay your insurance to them - they are there to assist you. You've had an accident. Its not your fault. You have a witness. Simple.

If you were already on the roundabout, with your indicator on, and he pulled out onto the roundabout, he is at fault. You had right of way, he has failed to give way to traffic on a roundabout approaching from his right.

Personally I'd get all 4 wheels balanced and weighted. All done at the correct tyre pressures and then get it aligned. Should sort out your probs matey. You don't need to put weights in the car.

Paul, the rear isn't adjustable so frankly its not worth getting a 4-wheel alignment. Just get the front done. Also check your tyres pressures.
