You have done the right thing by providing feedback. If you are running preview then that is where you are expected to report issues. No point in asking people that are running different software to you.

On the advert, there is a button that says Report.

Got this for the little boy on the Xbox One and have become a little addicted. Made a two story house, a garden, nice lighting etc. Planning on a farm tonight. Sad ;)

I stream loads of stuff without issue. Netflix for example gets hammered in this house. Very rarely to I see buffering.

Its not really strange. Its simple, Sky and BBC weren't ready to release these apps at the launch of the Xbox One.
