So had my suspension changed, gone to Eibach Sportlines and was reading up on www.alignmycar.co.uk that after changing the suspension it's wise to have the alignment rechecked.
Has anyone used something like this and found it to be beneficial?
Is it simply a case of pulling the camshaft covers off and putting the horse shoe on, or is there more to it than that? K4M engine if it makes a difference.

How does it come off, I know it's on the back of the block, but thats about it. The haynes manaul talks about depressurinsing the fuel system before attempting it, which is something I've never heard of having to do to take it off.
Any good for a point and shoot camera? Mum's seen one cheap and was thinking about going halfs on it with her if it's any good.
Seems to get good reviews anyway: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001FWYT9K/?tag=cliospnet01-21
Whats the best one out there at the minute, not fussed if it's free or have to pay for it?
After battling with XP Pro 2010 virus I need something to keep this crap out.
Incorrect timing on the cambelt, does it create pish acceleration, flat spots and pish MPG?
Oh an can it be altered without having to have the whole belt replaced?
