WP7 is running on many different handsets. Not all are as big as the iPhone. I have one as a company phone (HTC Mozart) its not too bad for a first release. Some good bits some not so good. Personally I think the main reason for preferring iPhone is going to be Appstore but I can see that...
I remember when I started adding new servers to our first domain (NT 3.51) that I had no clue the role of the server. We had two other servers, a PDC and BDC, didn't know what these were but as it wouldn't let me add a PDC I guessed it should be a BDC, we ended up with 5 BDCs for 150 users...

Apparently so, I brought it up earlier in the thread. When you create a room it gives you a 20 digit code. You then send that to a friend and they can punch it in and join you.
EDIT: Just read the follow up, guess its to invite non-friends.
Rhetorical question, it was more trying to understand why they would have such a system over invites which are simple. Is this something to do with PSN limitations?
