It was obviously someone f**king around and hit it at the right time. The other set of lights would have to phase through to red then allow a delay before chnaging the set yuo were sat at to green. Firing a laser wouldn't insta-switch everything, can you imagine the chaos...
The green laser would have been coming out of the sensor. Its a new technology that counts cars in the waiting queue. Theres a similar red one on the other side.
Can't see how he could get away with saying she rolled back into him. It sounds like he's clipped her rear bumper when trying to pull over to the right hand lane (Misjudging the distance between him and her).

How is that going to end up 50/50? He crashed into her! It doesn't matter if you roll back 20 metres. If someone then crashes into you it's their fault.

Thats clearly your fault, how can her smoking a fag cause you to crash into her? If you'd been paying attention you would have seen any roll from her car. Take responsibilty for your own actions and don't try and screw her over.
EDIT: Also where does it state its illegal to smoke in your car...
I'm slightly worried by the number of people on here saying watching that video will make them think about how they drive. It shouldn't take the death of someone to make you realise....
