Welcome, been noticing more and more RSs around here lately.
Don't suppose you were parked in Cambridge station carpark with a flat tyre a couple of weeks ago?
Yea, I'm pretty sure it was someone drunk. There were loads of people at a nearby pub for a wedding.
I've had a second look at it now that I've calmed down and it's nowhere near as bad as I thought, just costmetic. Should be able to get a bodyshop to sort it out for a few hundred, probably...
Woke up this morning to find a big scrape and a load of blue paint down the side of my car. Back bumpers been pulled off a bit as well. No note left or anything.
First car I've ever properly cared about and some arsehole breaks it within 2 months of me getting it. I hate people.
Saw a nice looking blue 197 driving around the industrial estate today with someone sitting in the boot. I hope they're a member on here as I'm quite intrigued by what the guy was doing in the boot.
Also, there's a ph1 with 182 wheels parked here every day. And there was a ph2 on axle stands...
About 2:30pm, 55 plate, going along the road by Halfords. Looked like the driver had long hair.
Anyone on here?
Saw about 4 Clio RS's that day, hardly see any round here normally.
The plug that's connected to the boot release? Surely that doesn't need to come off? I only need to remove the handle, not the entire boot release mechanism. I guess it must be catching on something, cant figure out what though. Is it just those three nuts holding it in, no clips or anything?
I did a search about removing the boot handle, all sounds easy enough. And it is, until you reach the bit where you actually take the handle off. Mine comes out about 2-3mm and then stops, no amount of jiggling is getting it to come off. I've now spent longer on this than I did changing my front...
Wtf? I'm 26, 5 years NCB and I'm paying £1100.
Do you live somewhere with zero crime and park you car on a driveway by any chance? I think that's what's buggered me.
Well that was rather good, didn't expect much after the last one. The man's got some serious car control, I did wince a bit on some of the landings though. Poor Fiesta.
The worst I've had so far is "Shopping trolley on steroids" which is actually a pretty decent description. I don't really care what people think of it, it puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel and that's all that matters :D
I'd drive a bright pink Beetle covered in flowers...
Hi everyone.
Just put down a deposit on a Clio 182, picking it up next Saturday. She's an 04, silver with both cup packs.
Bit of an upgrade from my current car.. a 1.2 Micra S :p
I'm not goin to be able to sleep for the next week, it's like being a kid waiting for Christmas.
