make sure its set to 'never dial connection' then click the 'LAN Settings' button and make sure that the 'Automatically detect settings' tick is clicked, then click OK. Windows will then look for a connection. You might need to reboot the computer for it to work.

Toss Windows off and but some opensource Ubuntu on your machine, put it on 1000 machines and nobody give a monkeys. That how software should be IMO. plus its better looking/quicker/sexier than your M$ Vista! (runs and hides)

www.google.co.uk look for something like VGA to scart etc. That or upgrade your graphics card to something with an output on it. Make sure your motherboard has the right slot for graphics on it before running out and buying something.

If your graphics card is a ATI Radion 200 I cant find much about it on the net becuase its an old card. I think you probably have onboard graphics so hmmm yep. You can always take the cable back to the shop.

Doesnt look like you can do it then bud. Unless you took it out of the VGA (monitor cable) and you would need another box of tricks to do that.

do you have anything that says S-Video ? (it will be a yellow socket) look under your system hardware properties right click my computer > Properties > Hardware > Hardware Properities then look under the tab which says Video or graphics.

what make is your graphics card? btw: where is the macro around here?
