garage is fixing my mums mk1 clio for £100 roughly. part costing £50ish and the rest to fit it...

seems expensive for such a small part?

i have no idea.. something to do with the brakes/handbrake.

the problem it was having was the handbrake only seemed to work on one side. when that was fixed it just gave way again. and the brakes are generally poor.

beats me im still learning.

when i was watching as the guy checked what part to order, he too off the back wheel, then took off a big circular plate and there was the part in question i assume...

Fred. How easy is it to replace the pads in a rear drum?

I've done me front pads and that was dead easy, but the powah drum looks alittle different?
