Its gone for 12,000 mile service today. They rung me up and said it needed new disks and pads, is that normal on 12,000 mile service? Also they said the disks had corroded, should that be under warranty? They have also told me i need a new pollen filter, should that need changing so soon?

I rang my dealer again for quotation for 12,000 mile service on my 182, they quoted me a different amount again. Anyway, they have quoted £220.00 with fully synthetic oil and £189.00 without normal oil. Would you recomend fully synthetic? Also £31 seems a big difference in cost...
