Just got my self a used nokia 6630 offline on ebay, opened it up today and put my sim card in and it says emergency calls only!! any ideas why its saying this? the person did state that it was unlocked to any network!!!

ive just got my self a piper cross viper for my 172. will fitting a decat pipe improve my cars performance as i havent got a full exaust system yet just my standard 172 one !!!
