sounds like box has gone to me mate. I have a box from a phase 1 172 for sale thats only done 65k for £200. I was gonna keep it as a spare, but you need it more than me lol.

cover anything electrical up and dont shoot it down the plug bores lol

powder coatings a lot tougher, it doesnt tend to chip as easy as paint anyway. But the downside to it is there isnt as many colour options as with paint, also the finish isnt as nice as a good paint job.

I can get the kits pretty cheap if you need a set. I have a second hand set of H4 Hi/low in the shed that I had on my evo for a while. will have a look if still have em. I took them off as didnt have projector beams and was dazzling oncoming traffic lol. The hi/low ones either have a two bulbs...

you can fit them in any headlights but I wouldnt unless you have projector beams as you will dazzle everyone. They are a piece of piss to fit, just plugs into existing connectors normally, bulbs are attached to the wiring already and just fit where the standard bulbs do.

you can get second hand ones on e bay with new blades so can get some cut. Worse case is gettin them re-programmed. only about 7 quid on the bay though, least you might get one that works better :)

id have just got a cheapo lappy myself cos linux would do my head in hehe. My HP laptop which ive had over a year is reet fast and was only about £350. Can prob get it now for less than 300 brand new. Can see ur point, but would need to have windows on it for me hehe.

Anyone got this handy? Need to order some paint at dinner but not in the clio so can't get it unless i go home first.

proven on the qtr mile many times over. All down to weight. A mk1 weights less than a mk2 172, but of course the cup is lighter cos of the goodies not on it that weigh it down.

Mine normally lasts about 2-3 days on average and I use it a lot.Try turning screen brightness down mate, and screensaver off etc. Mine lasts about 4 days if i turn the brightness down :)

either black or white are a pain in the ass cos they will both show dirt, fingerprints and dust etc really bad. I have a feeling the white will go yellow too eventually :s Get a gret silver one hehe.

mk1 is quicker yeh. think a mk2 cup is about as quick as a mk1 172

didnt mean that sorry hehe. just meant about the 04 plate one. yeh seems to be a lot of mk1's on 52 plate. I quite fancy a v6 myself, id rather have silver or illiad blue though, have you got an illiad mk1 mate? 1 of the 8 made!

always get a few late ones though dont ya. late registered etc. ive seen a lot of mk1's on 52.

thought mk2 came out on 52 or 03 could do with seeing a newish liquid motor next to it.
