i dont think there is any offical intervals after the 72k service, but id say every 30k or there after would be a safe bet.

:confused: My understanding was the torsion bar acts as down force / allowing you to adj ride height, where as the trainling arms soak the bumps acting like suspension / spring, hence the term "trailing arm" making up movement.

if you buy a coilovers kit, u get uprated trailing arms which are adjustable. These go on the back.
