For 7.5": ET 42. in comparsion to 7x16" ET 48.5
Your new wheel will have the following chracteristics:
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be THE SAME
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 12mm.

I had my Viper on my MK1, so didnt buy it especially for the Cup, to be honest it made a difference but not as much as on my MK1, I guess the airbox is pretty well sorted on the MK2. I might even try my std airbox again for comparison.

Yeah but a Cup is 12995 a Civic is over 15000 grand, PS the Cups tires are road legal and the same rolling radius as the std 16" except for 1%. I think a Cup with air box from old car, 249 pound chip, 175 magnex, is fair game. At the end of the day a Civic with the same mods would cost Impreza...
