Nice choice I think mate, something a bit different and from what I gather will be enough to satisfy your enthusiastic driving!
Will have to come and have a browse at it soon
Nonsense!! Loads on ZSOC have FRP seats...Theres a set or two for sale on there now iirc! Also Pumabuild have a set for sale on ebay right now.
Looks great but same as Ali I'd prefer silver wheels on it
Theres something really eerie about that. Last nite on TG, those body panels just lying on the floor! As Clarkson said, something that was part of quite an expensive manafacturing process. Such a shame :(
Yeah, swirls are pretty much unavoidable if you wash your car regularly, no matter how cautious you are. It's an excuse to get back out there for another session, which I imagine many detailers love!
I never noticed any swirling after using it on my Clio but then it was silver I guess!
It worked perfectly with my Uber drying towel and Optimum detailer spray, though I used it with a mitt which was a bad idea, you can see the product really picks up the dirt which then clings to the mitt...
My Grandad had one of those Scorpios with the Cosworth engine, was a bit of a sleeper!
As cool as it gets for my Dad are the two MK1 Cavalier SRI 130 company cars - one white, one grey (going back to the 80s)
and for my Mum, probably either her current Merc C Class or her previous Astra 2.0T...
It does amuse me how members always talk down what you should pay for a 172/182. I can't say I've ever seen too many decent 182's for less than £5000 for sale other than on here.
Really like that. As I was saying to Danny in that thread, it takes some balls to own one and many don't get it.
Does it feel similar to the Zetec S? Thats how I kind of imagine it, but with a bit of Italian flair lol.
I agree, s**t happens and it has here.
My point is it should have been just left at that, the speculating and patronising remarks from some are just unnecessary.
Well done...golden star for you. Consider yourself superior if you like.
We're talking an inexperience driver, in a car on budget tyres, who obviously hasn't quite learned to deal with driving to conditions.
It's just another case of a new driver crashing. Outside the world of Cliosport and...
Ready to get off your high horse yet?
It's something that can happen to inexperienced drivers, speed judgement comes with experience.
Unlucky to the OP, just be glad no-one else was involved and hopefully get something sorted.
