If you've copper slipped the back of the new pads and its still doing it then it'll be your discs. New pads on old discs is not a good combination. Your new pads will be nice and flat and your discs wont be as there worn down by old pads, hence squeaking.

As above, buy a new fan belt.

TBH your best off just fitting a williams engine. £1000 as a rough cost, obviously depends what you pay for engine.

Did you put a decat on? Sounds like standard cat could of collapsed.

It has to be insured else your mum could buy a evo and you insure a 1.0 metro fully comp and drive the evo round for £50 a year.

Doesn't your car have to be insured fully comp to be covered by someone elses policy to drive it?

Common problem. Just get a rev counter out of another model and fit it to your clocks. Look on williamsclio.co.uk theres a how to guide on there.

UDS and EGP

Why cant you use it with EGP? I mix it 50/50 in a bottle and get good results.

Low batterys or sometimes if you sit too close to the unit it can cause it to switch off. Normally low batterys though.

Anybody else use this? Much prefer it to super resin mainly due to the fact it doesn't produce dust. Just that i notice a lot of you use super resin.

Used to use it but don't any more. I bought all new wheel bolts for my williams from Renault and 1 application of wonder wheels corroded the chrome plating :(

To get best results from EGP its down to the time left on car. I always leave mine for 2/3 hrs normally while i wash the gf's car and hoover both out. I used to put it on individually but don't bother anymore. I've been told by a autoglym agent that it works best putting them on together, it...

All the top concours boys at Ford fair and on passionford RSCO etc use a 50/50 mix of AG Super gloss / AG Polish. I use it all the time and it works very well. Its a load of rubbish saying apply them individually, makes no difference what so ever. Except taking twice as long.

You have to buy a y adaptor to converet back to 1 connector. Failing that just run rca cable to the stereo, job done.
