Reduced my tyres on the cup to 30PSi front and 28PSi rear - trying to bring about more grip - Had them at 33front and 30rear but felt like bicycle wheels! Any thoughts - fitting the snow chains tonight with blue neons for the winter (and for the max power shoot)
Thats right- just as acceleration in a motorbike is more pronounced because of the position relative to view factor, also due to the weight mostly though. Just like a small hatch will seem quicker than a massive 7 series beemer with the same acceleration times.
As the cup becomes more broken in so to speak the cam change is actually less pronounced than it was when I first bought it - novelty is wearing of - more noticable in 3rd and 4th rather than booting it in 1st/2nd - I usually bypass 1st now and if Im really lazy ill start in 3rd from traffic...

1200 miles done, 31.8 mpg - cars quick but used to it now - need something quicker! Dont even notice the engine comin on cam anymore at about 4500RPM! Like the way the paint job flicks to purply pink in the sun when its nice and clean. Changin tyre pressures to 30 all round today to see if...

The cup doesnt come with the cover - so its not that. Its the heatshield near the front of the exhaust that causes the vibration at 3500-4000RPM. Just need to hammer and bend it out of the way!
