Hello All
I have a 172 with Road Angel 2 fitted, It works a treat when white scammera vans point guns at the car..it clocked a camera van 2/3s of a mile away and barked out Laser which prompted me to stamp on the brakes...i couldnt even see the van at that time. but there he was at the side of...
How is the cup faster than a 182cup or 172?...i have raced both the 182cup and 172cup in my normal 172 and there is nothing in it...
If 172cups are so fast, why do most owners then have to go out and get a chip and airfilter upgrade is that to just make sure?
Cliosport website is the wrong place to post lost cars..it is run by small minded people who usually annoying moving useful posts to off topics..i have been there or lock a discussion thread on a personal opinion...
Try having a williams vrs, 172 vrs 182 or Cup thread for example...somebody is...
Hey this website has annoying f*cking double standards, i posted on a similar stolen plee for a guy who lost his RS Skoda and some pointhead person running this site moved it too the off topic section.
Please move this to off topic as i was told this was the norm.
Look my view is he has already made you a victim and he probably thinks he can come back and do you over again...the old testament of an eye for an eye is the best way forward.

you will be okay with this, you went through on amber not red and they can deduce where you are by the timer on the camera and where you are on the road by the road markings.
Your License is safe...the Fiesta is getting the tickets as the Red Light cameras only activate on Red !!!
I agree there is no performance difference between 95 and 98 octane fuel..the only benefit i find is quieter engine, smoother and more miles per gallon using optimax.
I understand Target are bringing out an LRC400 in the next 9 weeks which comes with a Laser receiver module which you can hook up to a garage door or outside lights...
When this comes out, I for one will be buying one as it is a legitimate reason to own one on your car and will do away with...
Hi Liam
I have been running the aerial on the vertical post for a couple of days...like alot of things it is try it and see... I get full satellite coverage...alll bars on the right hand side of the display and it looks very discrete :)
Liam
saying it said laser is an annotation really, cannot remember what it said as it was flashing red and beeping and showed a camera..and the laser thing will work independently of any database updates...
It was a straight bit of the A66 and the camera was up the top of the slopey hill and...
Liam i bought the RA2 - Aerial from http://www.blackspot.comwww.blackspot.com and it is the £20 one and it just plugs in and works...i am guessing i thought the aerial was about2 metres and it was enough actually...
But today i was surprised the laser detector going off, yet happy...would...
Yes i wanted to register over the internet, but i bought the RA2 somewhere else and the aerial off Blackspot and this meant i had to ring them because of their procedures.
Hi, I had similar problems, i just rang up Blackspot and spoke to a lady there and she took some details and registered it there and then, it was done on a lunch time early this week and by the evening time i was able to download the RA 2 software off blackspot.com downloads and the update was...
Hi Liam
Right my aerial cable will reach the centre of the dashboard no probs...and it routes right to the end of the dashboard...goes up inside the b-pillar where the ultasonic sensor is..and then goes along the top of the door and inbetween the doorjam and rooflining...then you will see the...
Hi i have the £20 aerial on mine with it located in the rear passenger area..i have the RA2 to the right of the rectangle square at the point where the windscreen wipers are at their lowest and today in the Lake District coming out on teh A66...it spotted a camera van 1/2 mile away..quite...

How does an LRC100 connect to the new RA2?... I have seen nothing in the documentation which came to the RA2 or on a website to suggest how this is done...Please advise as i want to by a LRC100 soon..
Also have you gone past laservans and has there been any come backs such as...
Mounted the external aerial in the top left hand corner of the window behind the drivers seat. The UV screen even with the road angel had very poor GPS coverage...with the aerial in, it picks up four satellites..
I have also hardwired the power in and the blue LCD screen at night looks great.
Blaupunkt, I have ordered a RA2 and should get it tomorrow, because of the UV screen i have ordered the external square antanne which is about 1 1/2 square to fit in the back corner window next to the parcel shelf.
RA have the best database of all, the laser detector will pick up laser through...
Yes there is a square, but it is hit and miss if the GPS signal will get through...they recommend a seperate aerial on a fly lead..but teh laser sensor will work through the glass anyway.
I will post my views on it...it should arrive by tomorrow and will fit it in the car on friday...there are good reasons to go for a B2 Origin..but this weekend the unit is going in my GFs Streetka for our visit to the Lake District.
But at the end of the Month we are going up to Scotland, it...
Hi I have the new road angel...can anyone advise on how i can get the antenna lead and power lead to just drop down the back of the dashboard neatly... the unit will be screen mounted.
But i am going to wire in the unit into the back of the Cigar lighter.
Tips on neat wire install would be...
Feature rich, hard work to fit is what i think of the s6-R/
I have gone for the new road angel with external arial for an extra £20 and that will sit on the side back passenger ledge no problem.
Apparetnly the s6-r database isnt up to the same standards as road angel.
Hi i went through the thought process of B2 Origin or new Road Angel..
I have looked at the booth and although both have good features i liked the big LCD display on the road angel, the fact it changes to red straight when a warning happens and that it is portable.
So yesterday I ordered a...
Right I am going to join this challenge.....This weekend when the fuel light comes on...I am going to fill up until full to see how many miles i can actually get in a 172 whilst driving frugally...not something I have ever done actually..
The needle usually sticks around 31mpg...goes down...
