I have just had my water bottle replaced and I now have a leaking passengerside headlamp washer - will pop into renault to get that fixed soon. Does it take them long?
By adding my mother as a named driver on MY policy it saved me £100. FACT!
Its not the case I cant afford the insurance (or the car) as its only £700 (I live in London which is why its that high!) but why pay them an extra £100 when I dont need to?
Dont ask me why this works but it does.
The numbering of the mk1 V6 was based upon order numbers (which lots of people cancelled) whereas the mk2 is actually based upon cars made. Thats why you could have a mk1 with number 900 even though a lot less will have been made.
Always somebodys elses fault - thats women for you !
Glad you got details and things - are you going via insurance/police - rfom her attitude and the fact you have 2 witnesses I certainly would - chucking you £20 is soo rude and disrepectful!
Yep, got the sticker - not on car yet tho  Will do it this weekend, hopefully clean the car inside and out and then its sticker time.
Also, not sure if Im going to bedford.
Hoping to see the grey colour at NEC/Goodwood as im thinking of going for one of those extra colours - if not...
LOL, I think im putting off a test drive for that very reason :) Its even more difficult now as £20K is coming my way but I mustnt spend it !!! Im sure I could part-ex my 172 and with that cash have a V6. Mustnt mustnt...
Hmm, wonder what numbers theyll be up to when I buy mine? Id have to have colour coded dial surround, non-grey seatbelts/headlights and a waterproof renaultsport bag that fitted under the bonnet first ;)
Ok, thanks. I kinda thought that - wonder why they didnt do the dial surround like the 172 cup ? Would have looked real nice.

Wonder how easy it would be to remove and get colour-coded?
Great afternoon, superb if youve nevre been on a track as its flat and has plenty of run off everywhere (well, all except 1 corner) so you have push it to the limits.
Also, driving the Clio Cup racers is the nuts - 0-60 in 4.1secs !! Those things are glued to the road.
I was on about the mk2 yes, but mainly the dial surround as I believe this to still be silver ? It looks really nice on the Cup being blue around the dials.
Just wondering as I think it is silver (like 172s) and was wondering why it was not colour coded like the Cup - think it looks pretty sweet in blue.
Seeing as the strips on the dash are colour coded - seems a simple thing to do?
Ok, after getting home last night I decided to see how far and how much.
My computer recorded a total of 1245 miles (from home) and I used 42.3 gallons of fuel (about 192 litres !!!)
Was definitely worth it !!!
I am about to email them to ask about the discount, also, what port is required on the pc to do updates? from what ive read im guessing its ont usb or firewire  but a crappy serial port.
