Im new to the clios, can i just ask why people are having the cambelts changed at less than 30k miles? it seems odd to have them changed so early on!

Looking at houses now, so ill shortly be in a phase 2 clio 172 (52) so i cant comment yet, but previous cars... Mini Cooper S 2005 (modded) 9/10 - Has plenty of midrange, nice supercharger note, crackling exhaust on the over run, handles well - doesnt get upset on bumpy roads when pushing on...

Yeah it seems unusual, the parada's on mine have taken a lot of hammer and they have not shown any bad/unusual signs of wear. Another thing i liked about them is the way they improve the ride quality - most likely due to their soft compound!
