Checked that and found alot of custom exhaust makers use the Rosi cats in there systems but if you compare it to the Ktec sportscat it is identical so trying to see if they are made by Rosi
Rob
Bought this exhaust for when I ran a 172 system and manifold on my old flamer however it is now all gone so no need for it anymore.
It is stamped as been a Rosi component and I was told it was a sportcat but can anyone confirm this looking at it?
Want to know exactly what it is thats all...
I painted mine myself and gave them a light rubbing down and then primered and painted;
Are for sale if interested £15 delivered within UK
Here they are fitted;
Rob
Know the feeling haha
Your new purchase looks cracking in that colour with the red touches.
My Clio is now officially scrap metal. The car was great for 5 months of fun but with no service history and needing the big service with belts doing it wasnt worth it in the long run and making a loss...
If anyone knows JBC27 can they please ask the member to get in touch with me ASAP
I have sold JBC27 some parts from the flamer and have been paid but the buyer is arranging collection through a courier and I havent recieved any postage notes for the packages.
They are booked for collection...
I bought the car from a local garage in Sunderland. It had airbag light flickering on and off and engine management light on.
I spent time getting these creases worked out but finding holes in the rear arches, boot and floor which had turned rusty and flimsy as well as a gearbox that needed...
Well I bought N111 JST as a random buy back in July and had alot of fun with it.
Built it up into the spec I wanted and used it nearly everyday.
I wasnt planning on breaking the car initially and was offered swaps and cash but in the end I thought it was worth my while breaking the car for...
I have owned a 172 and an ST and the 172 is not a patch on the ST in modified and standard guise in my opinion if you are looking at straightline speed. They are so different. Cornering, the 172 is great with H&R coilovers but I never thought the ST was lacking as it also ran H&R coilovers.
I...
Fill the arches lovely - I bought them for my track wheels but not planning on tracking Clio as will be selling up next year and selling everything back on
I did wonder about the centre cap colour - must have been painted to match the williams I got them off.
Not silver around the outside though so must have been repainted
Got loads of wheels and tyres to sell so might put the R888's on these and sell them as a package
Rob
Had someone trying to buy my Williams wheels off me but wasnt keen on selling. I am very curious to know how much they are worth now though as will be for sale next year.
They are still in original Gold paint - very little kerbing but paint is flaking slightly in places. Mixed tyres all good...
It is near certain I will get an Impreza but its what is happening with the Clio that is uncertain.
The girlfriend wants the Ford Racing rally kit on her Ka with the matching Racing wheels and suspension so chances are the Clio will get broken or put to standard and sold on. Just abit gutting...
Looked into forced induction or an F1 engine in it but cant justify it - for the cost of one of these conversions I am near enough Impreza money
I spent thousands on my previous car and wanted something abit cheaper so can put money into my house deposit
Rob
I know some wont understand this as only had the Clio since July and have done alot to it in the time I have had it.
Coming from my last car which was effortless power and a fantastic motor all round I miss the power and feel of it. It was a Focus ST but with the suspension sorted and power at...
Got my Whiteline adjustable RARB through this week and painted it all up as was looking a bit tired.
Painted it Ford Moondust silver with red bush hangers, black spacers and silver axle clamps. Some touchups will be required on the axle clamps as marked them during fitting.
And fitted...
It took some getting used to but its only for track or in the summer with the R888's on. Hunting for another set of dry track tyres as the current Toyo's dont have loads left on.
Rob
Picked up a set of Williams alloy wheels with some 195/55/15 tyres on. These rims will be getting the R888's on and the Pro Race 2 alloys will be getting the Michelin P2B wets on as I much prefer the Gold track alloys.
They aren't kerbed but could do with a repaint as some is flaking slightly...
My brother has been refurbing some 16" 172 wheels for his 1.2 and I got busy prepping and painting the centre caps as well
Once they were fitted with the Yoko S drive tyres and fitted to the car we cleaned both Clio's and popped to the docks for some pictures. Not seen in pic is my brothers L...
Carbon dash strips have been fitted;
Mocal oil cooler has arrived and next time I change the oil will fit it, just spent abit time cleaning it up;
Also got a Whiteline RARB on the way as well.
Been doing some work on my brothers car as well so got some pics;
Rob
Fantastic but I did swap to the H&R coilovers at the same time so might not be the best person to ask haha.
The quality is immense and the fitting is very straight forward. Strut brace is the same but you get a good package deal when bought together.
Rob
Small update
I started painting the exterior plastics Satin black - did the rear bumper insert along with fog surrounds and both upper and lower grills.
Hopefully will have Carbon fibre dash strips on tomorrow as well as missed the delivery today.
Unfortunately I managed to kiss a kerb...
