Yeah will be buying the proper ones direct from Jenvey, when get the funds. Only reason liked the ktec kit is comes with everything need for installation i.e all brackets and cable pedal etc.
I emailed K-tec and for them to supply the kit with 120mm trumpets it is only an extra £40+vat. Is the k-tec kit actually just Jenvey just re-branded? As would like the Jenvey fuel rail and decent air filter when eventually get one.
Im looking at ITB's to get soon. Does anybody know if the Ktec kit is available with an overall trumpet length of 120mm or would i have to get this size from somewhere else I.E direct from Jenvey.
These are only 5 minutes away from me, need to go in and get a quote for mine and a chat with them. Will post up anything i think could be some use to anyone after been to them.
I was looking and considering getting mine wrapped in the new year instead of getting it painted to freshen front end up. Was considering a gun metal grey or something similar untill i saw that Lamborghini orange :p
yeah i know there abit old but anything newer than an Evo 8 just doesnt do it for me prefer old stuff haha yeah i will admit for how much driving i do the clio is not to bad really on fuel compared to others but parts are not exactly the cheapest for them. Wont be swapping till after christmas...
Yeah im more tempted by the rx-7 as insurance is only £300 compared to £2, 000 for evo haha
I know I do still love the car and does put a smile on my face still just unsure but am really tempted by throttle bodies just for the noise :p
I know theres been a few of these threads so straight to point it is. Ive come to a point where I cant decide if I want to spend more money on the clio (throttle bodies or turbo) or sell and swap. My car is currently stripped out with just two bucket seats and harnesses with snap off steering...
I got talking to a few of people there that friends know as there regular goers and they said it will be back next year again it was just last one for this year, so we will wait and see.
