Standard are 140n, but some camber bolts say don't tighten over 103n. I know that doesn't help, but just saying.

As above, but with a Quaife diff.

If you have elongated soles, use the standard bolts because they will move. And as said, tab on washer shouldn't be facing downwards.

I wouldn't bother. They need to be kept clean, which is a pain in this country. I'd go for the above on standard shocks, with a slight spring upgrade, but even that isn't really needed. Save your money and go and have some fun.
