Engine is going back in after fitting a new head due to a timing jump. Should get this done over the weekend.
Also replacing this coil pack bracket

With this one
This one will fix over the oil separator on top of the cam cover. Should look neater and earth the coil pack better.
Then you'll need to drill the plastic rivets out that are holding it onto the dash.
Most of the air vent pipes will have to be removed as well for access.
Just for info, 2118's have a huge amount of internal clearance over most wheels. I had some Superleggeras and thought they had a lot of clearance but they still fowled the AP CP5200 calipers I was using. I was scratching my head on how to overcome it and was playing with mm here and there. Then...
Totally agree with you mate and know you do as you've helped me out loads of times! Appreciated every time too.
Again, no one could question the help you have offered to everyone and anyone on here. I don't expect Tony or anyone for that matter to help, but if they are taking the time...

I can never understand why on here people say acl race bearing are p1sh, yet they are used on every big power subaru build by every respected tuner on engines worth way more than most Renault engines. If they were that bad then why would so many tuners use them?
Lots on at knockhill with shows, stands and trackdays. With someone organising it would be the busiest rep I think. Not an area rep I agree but a rep all the same.
Agree.
My 2p worth, North, south and Knockhill meets.
arg_carra - If Glasgow is the closest city and still too far away, what other options do you have.
At the end of the day, meets need people and they tend to live in or near cities. Glasgow and Edinburgh/Fife are within easy reach of one another...
