When you get your wheels refurbed they get the whole works anyway. If you fancy new wheel, get new wheels but dont listen to a word this place is telling you.
Refurbs cost between £40 and £60 a wheel depending on the place and the wheel. I would budget £50 a wheel and take it somewhere that...
Did you check any measurements? Big or main journals on the crank.
If Scoff does the mechanicals it must be your lucky day as I didn't think he did mechanicals any more.
I know what you mean about time though, it just takes so long to get everything done on an engine build.
Hope it's not too...
Can you not just feed it through the grommet behind the pedal box. Thats where I fed mine through when i had a cable throttle body on my old turbo conversion.
If you're not doing the swap yourself, either option is not going to be cheap. Built engine fitted could be £1500 and just the swap with a replacement engine will be around £1k at best. The new engine will need belts done again as well but you have the parts already.

I want to get my boy into karting as soon as he is old enough so will have to do my homework. He is only 2 just now so I have a few years yet. lol
What angle are your injectors? Any pics?? Also what injectors are you using?
Ive got a custom inlet too but hope I've not got any issues. Did a lot of research before making it so should be alright.
Should be one hell of an engine.
Did you get the block work done at AS Performance? I know Alyn did this conversion for odb's but not sure if others offer it now.
That is shocking! Lost interest?!
Such a crying shame that you've been treated in such a way. I've seen this on a few forums to owners who trust a so called reputable garage and end up losing a fortune. You look to have lost a lot of time but hopefully not too much money. A guy on another...
