Any pics of the small rad and where it is installed?

There should one that attaches to the wishbone tie bar. Is that there?

Checked the clearance for the cam cover and there is at least 4mm and I've still got to nip up all the cap screws so should give another 1mm. ​

Good question Dan. I may need slimline cap head screws. I'll check tomorrow as the weather was too nice to be stuck in the garage today.

Sorted the oil drain to maintain the turbo body to be as vertical as possible. Bit tight but worked out ok. Also drilled and tapped the dephaser pulley to fix the pulley to and welded up the end of the inlet cam shft to stop any oil trying to reach the dephaser which is no longer there...

Getting there. Need to finish the inlet manifold which I have all the parts for now just need them welded and also finish the down pipe, vernier pulleys and then get the engine all build up. At this rate I should have it finished by christmas. :eek:

Says its not a bleed valve, it's a manual boost control valve? ​Why not just get some proper boost control?
