I had an open cone on mine for a while, switched back to the oe box and the car seemed happier - a little better throttle response - may be a placebo though.
Jesus - post up a picture of the exhaust from the underside , this might help people diagnose the problem.
Slackening off and refitting as suggested above is worthwhile too especially if you haven't done this yet
Keep the wheels on the ground, use wd40 if you must but something like super slacks or plus gas is better. You need to support the strut insert by holding the Allen key in the center whilst trying to undo the nut with a spanner, they key is holding the Allen key in place - it will come undone...
exactly my thoughts - nothing else really compares!
My supersport was really loud when i first got it and was just a NOISE however martin is right in what he is says in that over time - days and mileage the note of the exhaust changes..give it a bit of time
