There's a strange relationship between farmer and tractor. I've never understood it.
Some of our customers turn up in £50,000 tractors, and won't spend £50 on their wellies.
It fine. Running no filter isn't the end of the world.
Obviously it's not ideal but it's not as though the thing's going to blow up instantly just because you've discovered it hasn't got an air filter. It would have gone on for years being fine if you'd never noticed.

In 3,000 miles third gear will start crunching and you'll need a new gearbox. The exhaust manifold will crack at some point, and the paint will fall off.
The kit from Renault is made of slightly harder cheese. It won't rust through as quickly and has the correct size bolts. The kit from nwp has the wrong bolts and rusts through in 6 weeks.

That northwest performance manifold kit is shite.
mickey mouse bolts and not the right length. Last time I had to change it, I fitted the oe kit for a 205 gti. Same fittings, but slightly less crap.
