The van has been washed weekly since we last spoke, with afore mentioned shampoo. The water still runs off it like a brother with your hubcaps!

Ta, and yes I did tap him about 4 times actually, I didn't mean to on the fast right hander, but I think he lifted for a back marker, the rest of them were through Bobbys chicane.
You have to think about half a lap ahead, to gauge where and when you will encounter the enemy, then deal with it accordingly.

I was just racing to the rear view mirror really, checking on where the 205 was.
If you screw the track rod ends out a bit, this will leave a clean thread exposed. Have you tried screwing the nut onto this clean thread, or are you just trying to it the other way?
As everybody has said, heat it your friend, put a very wet rag on the ends, this will help to stop the heat doing too much damage further up the arms.
You have got the ball joint connected to the strut haven't you?

It just gets better and better, there's actually a lot of work gone into this car, not all documented on here though.
