Have you driven a Clio with the ABS fuse taken out? ​I have, and it's dangerous.

Mines got 2 off, so there.

They/you can change the abs ring. They should have done this in the first place if it was wrong. It needs to be 44 teeth on the ring. And as for removing the abs fuse!!, what king of garage are they ffs. You are now driving with 50-50 braking, and that is dangerous. Take it back and get them...

At work we used to have an old Morris Minor van, we used to go down the high st in 2nd, lift off and turn the ignition off at the same time, wait for as long as possible, then turn the ignition back on.........BANG!! used to made people scream. Great fun.:approve:

It will come out. You need to undo the engine mount o/s and jack it up as far as you can get it. The sump will come out, just got to wriggle it around the oil pick up pipe. Beware or rounding the Renault chocolate bolts though, this happened to me, and it's a fkn arse.
