yeah im lucky the body work is fine. all the slats in my front bumper are broken due to hitting countless animals, sometimes its safe to just nail them.

Im sure insurance would write it off. 2 bent alloys, a bent rear beam, triggered airbag computer and activated passanger seat airbag. It'll cost more in the long run to fix through insurance.
worn Cv joints on the driveshafts will create a 'wobbling' feel through the wheel upon exceleration.

Im i right in saying the rear beams on all mk2's are the same, all i will need to do is remove the 172 parts from the beam and put them on the 1.2/1.6 rear beam, plug and play stylee.
