I've got one sat in the garage you southern cant x
They sound well, the fit is "adjustable". Meaning, get under car loosen bolts and reposition to fit correctly.
Door will be tricky. I couldn't get a fiesta door in a fiesta.
If you think about it, it goes from the roof line right down to the bottom of the car, you probably wouldnt even fit it through the rear hatch.
The last road we went down has always been bad for that!
estate wallowed in the corners a lot, but made up for it on the straights. 300ft/lbs comes in handy!
Did you sort the wheel out?
Last winter I got the car in a right state. Plate wasn't visible and looked brown rather than orange.
Got pulled up driving home after a couple of pints, dragged through all the procedures, passed breathalyser test and left looking like I'd just been arse raped and had the blood drained out of...
He made maybe two good points? It's not comfortable, and has good steering feel.
He was trying much too hard to be Jeremy Clarkson, and spoke the most boring load of s**t I've heard. Not because he slated the car, because he didn't have a clue what he was talking about.
Oh god... I'm trying to save for the cambelt. Taunting me with shiney pretty things will not end well.
I keep telling myself I'm not going to mess with this one. Since rebuilds and replacement turbos cost so much. Pointless throwing money at it only for the turbos to blow, and finding that I...
Nice! It's things like that, that I miss in the B5. Lack of steering wheel stereo controls is annoying.
How are you finding it compared to the RX7? Only real issue I've got is that it isn't as chuckable as the clio, not that it was every going to be.
Fit a new belt at the very least. If the belts flicked off like that, I'd imagine somethings been chewed on it. They're under a lot of tension and the edges of the pulleys could have damaged the belt as it hopped off.
Audi interiors are awesome. You have to live with one to understand it. Nothing flexes or creaks when you go round bends or over bumps.
Although Im glad I have the V6 to inject a bit of soul into it.
Pictures hide a lot of the worst bits ;)
Couple of rust spots need sorting on the tailgate, but aside from that it's not bad at all for an 11 year old car!
If I were to mess with it, those would be the only wheels I'd choose, B7 RS4 wheels are on everything going.
I love it for what it is tbh. No one notices it, yet it blows most things away, leaving them in a cloud of "What the f**k was that?!"
Finally got some.
Clio's looking sorry for itself these days.
The party piece
Wasn't happy with the way the night shots turned out, but they mix it up a bit.
You'll never get the same power from LPG as you will with petrol. It has a lower calorific value than petrol.
The loss is normally about 10% but you'll be doing well to notice.
Half price fuel? Seems a pretty good point?
I started off in a 1.3 LPG fiesta. Cost £20 to drive 300 miles. Nothing could touch it in terms of economy.
This thread looked destined to die, until that evo front end conversion popped up. Do that and nothing else.
...wait, do that and get rid of those wheels. It looks eastern european FFS.
