    My Z3M Coupe

Absolutely gutting. But I cant see that being a write off. Hope you got witnesses though, if he's refusing to admit liability!

Might have to take you up on that! Driveways are a god send. Especially if you're mad enough to own more than one french hatchback.

Couldnt get the pinch bolt out, lower ball joint.

Impact wrench. Greatest purchase I have ever made. For anyone who spends weekends having to take a french car apart to fix it, you can literally save days of your life with one.

Just bought RSTuner, got standard exhaust - want Pop & Bang.....

Just don't. But if you must, you'll need a decat pipe. Scorpian do one, Miltek do one, K-tec do several, blueflame do one too.

    Battery fault ? (Dan@519)

I had similar issues a while back, starter motor had gone. Had to bump start it a couple of times in awkward places. Sainsburys car park being the worst.

Not driving within road conditions =

When I was 17 I did a similar thing into a bollard, and I'd agree with you. Instant reaction is to slam on the brakes. Having learnt some car control though, I avoided stuffing it years later when I lost the back end of the clio round a corner in the rain. Learning to drive should really...

Slamming the brakes on is only going to make things worse in that situation.

    help pulley chipped!!!

You're driving a french car, you will learn to ignore the things that are wrong with it otherwise it'll spend all its time in a garage.

    help pulley chipped!!!

So if you've never noticed it before and its been fine, what do you think the chances are it'll be fine till pay day?

When did you notice the chip, and how long do you think it's been running with it?

If I were looking at more noise, I'd be looking into electronic exhaust cut outs on the standard car. I believe driftworks have a V10 e46 M3 running a similar thing. Quiet when you want it, but loud as f*ck for those "Oh my god" moments.

GW 200 Photoshoot with new camera

I have no idea why more people haven't swapped to the 197 front end. The 200 has always had a poorly designed front end.

£70,000 a pop from Renaultsport in France, or was it 70,000 euros? I vaguely remember 70,000 any who.

The V8 burble alone is worth getting one over an M3. As capable as an M3 is, they sound shite.

Love them, its between a B6 or B5 S4 for me next, just have to find the money from somewhere! Only £60 more to insure than the 182 as well. Madness.

I've seen it before Kieran, think its just some one who's gone over board with stickers.

    Creaking clutch.

Not to sound too harsh, but take it to a garage if you can't find the bell housing. If you're spraying grease anywhere inside there you need to be sure you aren't going to cover the clutch in it.
