Re: pedal going straight to the floor then returning, no leaks, bled many times. HELP Bleed it again, before you do or spend anything. Try and get somebody to help you, and do it the old pump the pedal way.

I think Ian Collins just has two bits of pipe sticking up in the air, not even looped together. Left the ends open.

Do not lose the spacer washer that sit's behind the disc. And loosen the hub nut with car on the ground first, then this needs to be done up to 175N when finished.

I'm afraid it's difficult to recommend anything. You need to try and test, tyre temps and pressures etc, then go from there. Everybody likes-needs to be different.

Top windscreen rubbers, you will more than likely find, one or both have come lose. I had the same, stuck them down with a little silicon, job done.
