After driving my 172 yesterday everything seemed fine but today when i took it out it seems to have a misfire :S Seems to be running on 2-3 cylinders and its running lumpy. Ive read a few posts on here and seems to be the coilpack, ive got a spare coil pack so i will be trying that later on...
As im now looking for insurance for a 172, im expecting a stupid amount of money to insure it but oh well. Im ideally looking for a fully comp insurance so i want to make sure i know exactly what my insurance covers. I can get the price down alot of my insurance by upping the excess to...

jesus i pay 1.5k on my 1.2 with 0 NCB, to be honest i kinda expect to pay through the roof on insurance because at the end of the day im male, 18 and driving a 2.0ltr so no wounder the insurance company wants the cash :P

ive gotta wait until march 31st until i can drive it though as thats why my tesco insurance policy runs out and i need the NCB. That should give me enough time to give it a full cleanout etc. Ive been searching for insurance and it will cost around 2k-2.5k :(

After talking to the guy who re-fitted the flywheel, clutch and gearbox for me im a little confused....
am i right in thinking the flywheel should only bolt on in one place with regarding the TDC sensor or does it not matter?
/carl
yeah im 95% sure. The first motor was sticking and the 2nd one has been on the car for 54k and i think when the cam belt snapped on the other engine the guy who had the car before had been trying to start it too much and turning it over many times and burning out the motor.
