Cheers mate found the clips they were a bit of a b**ch to release used a flat head with masking tape on to get one side out then my friend pulled it as I released the clips a set at a time.
Update
The planned weekend clean did't go ahead after a busy day at work and not finishing until 4am this morning.
So today I have fitted new smoked side repeaters and chrome bulbs to go with. Aswell as orange dice dust caps :) , and carbon wrapping my rear bumper insert.
Pic's of the latter...
the turini's will be on a lower profile tyre they should sit at the exact same height as your current alloys.
take a look at my project if you want to see what they will look like on your car :)
wanting to carbon wrap the insert does it just pull off, is there clips that need releasing and can I get it off with the bumper on the car.
sorry if this has already been answered else where I have searched but couldn't find anything.
cheers
Brad :)
Update
so the exhaust hanger arrived today and I made up the exhaust bracket
Before fitting the new bracket I removed the rear wiper and carbon wrapped the blank.
Right next came the fitting of the bracket this should have been straight forward however one of the bolts holding the old one...
yeh I know mate I have seen the threads you are on about and don't want this one hijacked and turned into an argument, all I was getting at is I am under no illusion that my 1.2 is slow and if the K&N makes it worse oh well :)
thats bloody good you will have to give my engine a service to get my mpg up ;)
oh god the K&N argument has begun, yes 1.2's lack power, I have a K&N fitted it may make sod all difference or make it worse I really don't care that much. END.
Update
Just realised that there is actually no recent picture from the front.
here we go :
this is before turini's and new rear end but I havent photographed the front since fitting them :)
how the car sat a CSS13
and finally my powerflex mount arrived today hopefully the new hanger...
Thanks Fiona yeh I think he was a little worried about the 70 mile journey with the bumper in his face, but just down the road we pulled over and managed to squash it in the back out of his way :)
