Wouldn't it be easier removing all bolts, drop the subframe and remove captive nuts with remaining bolt still in place.
I would of thought the captive nuts would give way before the bolt to be honest.
Chip are you running the jamsport kit. If so where can you easily get replacement discs last time I spoke with jamsport they wanted ££££ for some discs :/
In public car park anyone on here?
Amazed top gear attended was laughing with a mate saying why do we have 3 shiters holding up traffic.. Only to find out when we went to see the cars after they came off track I was stood next to Hammond talking about the car for 5mins not knowing who he was lol.
Hmmm I think il remove the strengthening plate but keep the bearings. Will also modify the subframe so there isn't to much strain on the original mounting points. Cup racer subframes don't come round to often :/
Yeah I can't complain really it's a great setup I also have there bearing kit fitted too, really tightens up the back end.
Although after seeing the comments about the wishbone kit I might change my mind as that is what I have to.
Yes I understand that tony but the 182 cup road car has a different beam as that's what I have on mine it has additional stiffener brackets and has the thicker torsion bar.
Efi would be a better place to go. Am I right in thinking your on about the Mazda specialist called (was) silverstone motorsport next to the indian. Chi
When you say work do you mean airbus or bae or rr.. Il keep an eye out for you if airbus. Didn't notice the bullets I was along side the hungry horse when I noticed the car in a big yellow fiat 500l.
