Matt - did you win the ones on eBay? The Recaros? They were a mad bargain.
Timmay - I beleive the seats are supplied to Renault as is, an as far as I know Recaro aren't a French company. You can blame Renault for the stupid material choice though...
210bhp/ton? Doesn't that mean you're effectively running nigh on 225bhp anyway? What power is that bad boy making mate?
Aren't the early basic 225s a bit crap compared to the later ones with the Cup packs, and the Trophy/F1? I remember when they first came out they got slated. If you're...
A lot of people seem to have missed the idea of a 'sleeper' heh. I mean that thing above, it's hardy shy is it! And the Novas/Astras in big wheels etc. The things posted right at the beginning, they're sleepers. Stock or s**t looking - with HUGE power. Not just anything with big power...
Mine are showing very slight wear, no fading, so I guess I was lucky with the previous owner. If they get any worse though so it's noticeable it'll be straight down there. If they kick up a fuss at the dealership - who do I tell them to ring to tell the dealer it's a known problem and they...
I wouldn't take a shiny penny under £4.5k. It will go at that price, might take a while though as it needs an enthusiast to come along, but it will sell. How many owners has it had?
*waits for that guy Rclio2006 or something to come along and say £1,500*

Awesome pics :)
Doing a similar trip in 10 days in the R27 with 2 mates. Going to Dover, then across to Calais, the The Ring for two nights, then down to Monaco over the next few days - taking in all the roads on the TG best driving roads episode. So, San Bernadino Pass, Davos to Stelvio...
I thought they were 22/22 as standard TBH...
Tyre dressing is only good for taking photos heh - I just use the crap spray on junk as a finisher so when I stand back and look at the clean car, it looks good :)

I thought it had some mods? Fancy ECU/Exhaust etc? Also, has it been rollered, and weighed? You should do those things now so you know *exactly* what you've acheived, just as a matter of interest :)

Awesome :)
I found the S1 I drove when looking for a car a year to be awful inside - I expected it to be a bit naff as I'd been looking at VX220 2.2s for a bit, but it was really rattly and felt so very dated - also too look at just didn't cut the mustard - and when I left it running whilst I...
A flamer kit is a spark plug in the exhaust, which when you press a button sparks, so when you rev in Maccy's car park flames come out and chav slut knickers fall instantly.
To get rid of that, it'll need a new backbox (probably fitted in the back box, could be anywhere after the cat though)...
It's a van, as if it matters :) If they have the right specs and price, fleet van buyers would buy them if they looked like Lisa Riley (the fat bird that went from Emmerdale to You've bee framed)

It's not so much your camera mate tbh, you need a tripod, turn the flash off put it on night mode, get it all lined up, then if it has a timer mode use that too so you don't move it when you press the button. Then you'll find the shutter stays open for longer, - you'll get exposure like you're...
If you have vented discs - then the K-Tec website suggests the 1.2 16v, 1.4 16v and 1.6 16v all have the same size discs.

I'd just buy them tbh mate - without meaning to sound like I'm taking the piss, your car has quite low power and...
