im 22 at still at uni, last year on a 4 year course. My valver cost me £6500 in 1999 from a Renault dealer. Its cost me another 5k in maintenence in 4 years. I rekon i could afford a V6 by the time im finished!!

Yeh i completely agree on twisty B roads or uphill challenges a willy would certainly pull some distance between the two cars.

Anders im in Brighton - i saw a williams in Brighton the other day - was it you?? There is 1 red V6 - 1 16v - 1 Williams in Steyning area near me.

The racing Puma is NO faster than my 16v in a straight line. My mate has one and we raced back from uni many many times. Although while i was twitching on 3 wheels while cornering he was gliding not twitchging at all.

I got 15.9 at the pod last week running 16s - you did well craggy.

De Cat DIFFERENCE on my 16v: BEFORE DE_CAT - 135BHP AFTER DE_CAT - 141BHP Definatley make a difference as the figures show.

107k still very strong and pulls a 1/4 mile in 15.9 seconds.

BB tuning must get that chip off their sholder or they are going to loose customers and a good reputation. Remember an unhappy customer will tell on average 9 other people!

sounds very nasty. Unfortunately i wouldnt know what caused but dont try starting the car again as it could do more damage.

Yeah these cars are highly mantenence intensive but the fun and noise the car makes is great and does make up for small parts and little jobs that need doing. Just to make you feel better, mine is currently off the road as well!

Sit in the middle of the back seats with her leaning infront of you (sitting on ur lap) so her head can fit through the gap between the two front seats...............and fire away from behind - best position ive found in the clio! ;)

i use 16s and feel no difference what so ever infact i feel an improvement in the hadling being not so twitchy cornering hard. (more stability) If 15s make a quicker time my 1/4 mile mist be at least 0.500s quicker! making it 15.493 1/4 mile!!!!
