Undo the bottom two nuts/bolts on the wishbone so that theres nothing pushing it up, or jack up the other side of the car and there should be less pressure on it

Any exhaust place can fit one you have bought no problems. They charge about 40+ to fit a decat so i'd say 120+ for an exhaust. Or me :D

No mate i use 172 hubs, only had the standard suspension in for a few weeks but now its very low, not THAT hard and only really bouncy over a set of bumps in the road. Crazy grip around corners though

Just worked out the mpg for someone, getting an average of 28mpg going to work and some short journeys to the gym and what not. Can be alot less if when put the boot down. One of these on the way :) most likely under the passenger seat when I get a chance
