Undo the bottom two nuts/bolts on the wishbone so that theres nothing pushing it up, or jack up the other side of the car and there should be less pressure on it

When you take the plug out of the omex and take off the white or yellow grate type cover, you can see the female pins, they pop out by using a small screwdriver and pushing back a clip on the side, just go...
I'd love to see the colour in the sunlight, gorgeous on the bmw's! For pictures i'd leave the front plate out just so it looks a bit tidier.

Yeah i've seen them, I think in tweeks or the likes. But seriously you scrape the sump, I thought theres definately things that hit before the sump gets a touch
No mate i use 172 hubs, only had the standard suspension in for a few weeks but now its very low, not THAT hard and only really bouncy over a set of bumps in the road. Crazy grip around corners though
Just worked out the mpg for someone, getting an average of 28mpg going to work and some short journeys to the gym and what not.
Can be alot less if when put the boot down.
