Im almost certain too that the vvt actuator should click. I'm almost certain as well that if these are 428s they should be timed up as per OEM.
Are they DEFINATELY 428s?
Would be worthwhile finding someone with an rstuner local to check the vvt actuator unless someone knows a way to test it mechanically. It might click or something on the turn of ignition?
If its got that part of the loom still attached I think its a pink wire, pin 37 your looking for
All online mate for performance parts dude, far cheaper and better quality than anything you can get here.
As far as remaps go, from slightly to moderately modified clios most go with an rs tuner.... also online.
It should bleed fine mate just connect everything back up and start filling, it'll be around 7L.
Leave the bleed screw off and coolant should begin to pour out steadily then screw it back in for now.
Top up the tank somewhere around half way and start the engine, wait for it to warm up and...
Lol thats a compliment, cheers :D
Thanks for noticing bazzon :rasp: believe me dude ive tried to hard getting it completely straight on but ive worked out its something to do with the way ive welded the flange at the cat end
I'd hazard a guess and say its more to do with my exhaust, but I could be wrong. I'm chuffed, its quieter than before on crusing and only realy loud on WOT

Re: Mk1 F4R'd Track Car Project [2010 Winter Rebuild]
I've started and ran with the coilpack pretty much floating in mid air so you can rule out an earth issue with that I guess
Seems absolutely spot on service to be fair.
For a tuner who doesn't normally ITB clios i'd say if you saw an increase of 30+bhp you wouldn't say anything was wrong with that.
