Thanks, still not sure whether to keep the exhaust or go stealth for uber sleeper points lol.
What you on about lol it's stripped, just need to replace the rear door cards with some carbon fibre goodness.
Couldn't have said it better, when you improve a car you love it only makes you enjoy it more amd going from the 1.4 to the 2ltr it's the same car but it's got a lot more get up and go :)
It's got sport brakes on the front and I have. Trophy beam waiting to replace the rear drums.
Thats...
I know it was silly moneywise but as soon as I got in and drove it away it was worth every penny. The thing that justify's the spend for me is the fact that it's unique, that appeals to me most.
I got it all sorted at Ktec...the conversion costs 2900 but I couldn't help but keep adding to the list and the whole thing cost erm...slightly more than the above figure
Have considered that lots! I've even looked around for some but I'm still undecided. Although it would look awesome...
Ah I know what you mean, it took me a very long time to decide what I wanted to do but then I realised that I really love the car and had got it looking just how I wanted it and the only thing it was lacking was the oompf!
I had thought about just upgrading but I like the car too much and...
I've had the clio now for almost a year and a half and decided it was time for an upgrade....
Not the best pics but all I could get snapped today, have had it now for 3 weeks and am already completely in love with it.
New Spec:
- 182 engine and manifold.
- Put the...
Stupidly poor! We got there around half 7 and all that could be seen for miles were chavs and fiberglass lol!
Did you see the 172 inside the arena lol?
Bank holidays are usually quite busy down there so I'm going to be popping down tonight if the weather isn't too bad.

Just wondering if anyone from here will be going along to this on the 9th to run their car?
Have been before and it was awesome, will definitely be a good day out if anyone fancies coming along. :approve:
Lol I know the feeling! Mines a christmas tree with..
Service and airbag lights because of the harnesses
Emissions light for the decat
Power steering light as well because of a little change I made.
I've got used to them now and can't be bothered with taping them at the back.
Surely you understood when you bought it though that powerwise and just the general feel of it would be substantially different to the 1.6 but the power advantage can't be used everywhere you go?
No matter what car you have you're never going to feel the benefits when driving around town etc...
