most 172/182's iv seen run up on the rollers make around 165 max. you have to remember the 172/182/197 etc arent quoted in bhp, but the french equivalent. ps i believe.
worst one iv seen on the rollers tho, was a supposed respected tuner fetching a car hed been working on for a while, to a...
hey it comes to us all mate.im no spring chicken.the vita minis will always be close to me...tuned about 10 mins up the road, and my dad used to deliver a lot of the foam..
team run by a man of the cloth....class.
and i am quite partial to the old fords.....was brought up in and under...
may well do that....will have to wait til the tanker turns up at the optimax shop tho....not settin off to yours with only £30 juice in....i mean it must be 30 miles at least lol.
lol.yes but at least yours is set up/mapped for the mods u have.
will still see 100 b4 ya i reckon ;)
£ for £ tho......mines cost 1/4 the amount of yours ;)
lol^^^ have nice dents in ur bonnet too??
they used to punch the underside of the bonnet the first bump in the road after fitting em back in the day. they sorted this out yet?
lol at some of the posts.
better off just binnin ur t/b 1*2s and gettin a williams, with bodies...hehe.
could buy the car, and get the mods done for less than u all seem to be paying for bodies on yours, and will end up with a faster car, that handles better, and looks better.
and you...
19. id have been in a 1972 mini 1000.
altho it was caged, adjusta ride/spax/solid mounted on the susp, buckets, full webasto, deseemed (for the extra 3-4mph top speed ;) ) had a multitude of engines in it, 1275 's', 1340, 1430, 1293. never did the mg tub in that one.
flip fronted, all the...
the block would yes.
depending on the casting no.s williams are F7R 700
the meganes are F7R 710, and F7R 714, both the meg blocks will fit straight in, the head will have to be removed and swapped from the williams....unless you want a load of hassle trying to mate the williams/meg tps ...
good stuff.. but you ditch the rears for lightness.......then put a whacking great heavy as fuk cage in.lol
for a show car, why a cage?? like i said before, surely a full on interior retrim is a better option for a show car, that looks just like an attempt at trying to cut corners...
if its just as a show car, then surely a cage that will allow full use of the rears would be better. cages also come in t45, so not always powder coated CDS
so a cage is only good for if you roll your car?? ok then...no good if someone say, runs into the side of you, or the front, or...
iv had my avo's fitted for a few years now. you can set them to be as soft almost, and as high, even higher if wanted, than std .
i must admit, there are times when i feel the std suspension would handle all the lumps bumps and potholes in the roads round here a little better, but the...
no offence...but i just dont get this...cage for looks thing.
altho it does look like fairly good quality, why have something like that in ur car when a cage that will actually help save you will cost around the same???
and if its for looks.wouldnt you be better off with seats in...
they easy enough to fit to the willy. ;)
and mines done just shy of 1000 miles ince fitting em so far, pnly problem is....they need mapping desperately....low on funds at the mo tho lol.
as jesus says tho....no more unreliable than std imo. maybe just a bit thirstier lol
er think you will find its more like £10k
that was jesus'....a lot of the money spent on that was labour, then he had the unfrtunate incident of some muppet putting a jack thru his sump, destroying the oil pump, which n turn destroyed the block. but hey....as edde says. if its taken...
