Finally got round to fitting the Spa Design oil gauge, seeing as there's nothing else to do in the current situation.
Originally planned to mount it in an A pillar pod, but had a quick look at the panel with the cruise and esp switches and thought 'it'll fit there'.
Just have to play with...
Bigger piston doesn't necessarily mean more pressure or force. It's just more even pad contact.
But seeing as standard 1*2 rear calipers have tiny pistons, I think the 34mm will be fine.
If you fit the later lower arms, that will give you more. Not sure how much, i'd probably guess around 0.5-1 degree.
These are the part numbers 8200257956 and 8200257957
So you have those 3 bolts facing towards the front? If so, then that is already set to max caster.
Have you got the increased caster lower arms fitted from the later 172 and 182? I see your profile says it's a Ph1.
