    Rare Sight?

I've seen 140's-150's from ones with poor timing.

    Anti Lock Brakes Sensor?

Yeah ABS rings usually. If a sensor wasn't working it wouldn't be pulsing through the pedal, it would do nothing. You'd also have a light on the dash typically.

Alignment, what does the experts say?

About 7mm to get 1 degree on a 16" wheel according to this http://www.trackace.co.uk/Manual/Conversion%20Chart.pdf

Alignment, what does the experts say?

Yeah you could shim the rear to get it parallel if you wanted. Should be able to get a bit more caster than that.

What have you done to your car today ???

Windscreen if you can get it out. Always someone after one who hasn't got windscreen insurance cover or a track car.

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

Just looked more closely at the video and the belt doesn't stop, it's only the PAS pump pulley that stops for a split second

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

Possibly. You could jack it up and have someone turn the steering to full lock while you see what the pulley does...

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

I'd get one of these if it turns out to be the pulley. https://www.pure-motorsport.co.uk/clio-2-rs182/clio-2-rs182-engine/damper-crank-pulley-oe-equivalent.html

    The Petrol Blue Project continued

Should have just siliconed them back on, they will leak again.

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

You'd only normally change it if it was knackered. Take it to Birchdown in Malpas and let them have a look.

Anti squeal grease when changing brake pads?

PF 97's are mega, that's what some of the Clio Cup racers ran.

Excellent work! ACF-50 is like tyre shine for black bolts 😂

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

The timing and everything would need locking off before you could remove that pulley. I would suggest a specialist.

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

That's not ideal 😳 Could well be the crank accessory pulley.

    LS V8 LY 182

Wouldn't want to be sat there if it spat a gear through the casing 😂
  21. Mr Trailer Man

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

Yeah that is the kit including tensioner.
  22. Mr Trailer Man

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

Do you remember which kit you bought, i'll be able to tell from the pics.

    LS V8 LY 182

Either way, there won't be a linkage as such. It's just sat on top of the box which is right next to your seat 😂
  24. Mr Trailer Man

Metallic Screech on full lock - Crank Pulley??

If Carl did it, he would have changed the lot unless you specifically asked him not to. So it should be a new tensioner.

    LS V8 LY 182

Won't need a linkage with a massive automatic transmission in there ;)

    197 cams or GrpN timing?

197 cams is intake cam advanced 7-8 deg Group N is standard cams with intake advanced 7 deg and exhaust retarded 7 deg. You lose a bit low end on Group N i believe.

    Boiled brake fluid/pads gone

Don't drive it, you have very low or next to no fluid in if the light has come on! It also sounds like you're down to the metal backing plate too, that'll be the grinding.

    Power Steering Tank Relocation

It sounds like effort 😂 I'd just bolt the breather tank to the left of the coolant tank like i mentioned before.
